Dayhab is a type of rehab, without the associated costs. Dayhab is an intensive non-residential treatment that means you can access help without the need to go away for long periods of time. Help Me Stop is the first organisation of its kind in the UK to launch a type of rehab like this. We offer Dayhab in London to a wide range of clients and across different parts of London as well via our Digital Dayhab programme.
Rehab costs are often expensive and unattainable for many people, and our Dayhab offers an effective, affordable alternative to residential rehab, at a fraction of the cost.
Onsite Dayhab Programme
We offer an intensive programme of rehabilitation that takes place over the course of six weeks. We will work with you to develop a bespoke recovery plan, and will be there for you every step of the way to help implement it. The programme is a mix of intensive addictions focused psychotherapy, one to one counselling and group sessions, to give you the skills and the tools to move forward in your everyday life.
Whether it is drug or alcohol recovery you need help with, we will help to craft a treatment plan that works. We know that everyone is different and we will work with you to make sure we understand the road that led you here and the action steps needed to get you back on track.
We work with you and your loved ones too, to help repair relationships and build trust, to begin re-opening those channels of communication.

Help me Stop has two London locations, one near Tottenham Court Road, and another in Acton (One stop from Hammersmith and a 20 minute tube journey from Piccadilly Circus). The cost of treatment at our W1 centre is £3,600 for 6 weeks, and £3,000 at our W3 centre, both include 12 weeks of aftercare upon completion. We also offer Digital Dayhab too for those looking for more distanced and accessible support, if London is not convenient for you.
