Dayhab Treatment Programme

If you are struggling with addiction, or know someone that is, Dayhab could be the answer.

Help me Stop London Dayhab offers the most affordable intensive Dayhab treatment in the UK. Our 160-hour programme costs just £2,500 if undertaken over 5 weeks and is one tenth the cost of residential treatment and is just as effective, if not more.

Our programme is offered in our London rehab and is based on intensive psychotherapy and some elements of the 12-step approach. All our addiction therapists are in long term recovery, which means because they all have their own experience of addiction they can relate to clients on a personal and professional level.

Anyone attending our London treatment centre will have a minimum commitment of just 16 hours per week in the day or 12.5 hours per week in the evening (Mon-Fri). Clients do not have to attend everyday of the week if they are accessing the daytime services so long as they maintain the minimum 16 hour a week commitment.

We offer 4 treatment programme streams

  • Stream A 9am to 5pm
  • Stream B 10am to 2.30pm
  • Stream C 10am to 4.30pm
  • Stream D 6pm to 8.45pm

Depending on the number of hours committed to treatment the programme can be completed between 5 and 10 weeks. Clients can do more than 16 hours a week if their wish or front load part of their treatment for the first one or two weeks then drop back down to 16 hours.

Our programme will help you understand and tackle the signs of addiction as well as the root cause.

Our programme is made up of a mixture of group work and one-to-ones with an experienced addictions therapist. We also provide a  family programme which includes up to two relatives or friends. It's not compulsory, but experience shows that involving family members and friends improves family dynamics and increases the chances of long-term recovery.

Our London Dayhab programme is the first in the UK to offer a new model of flexible, non-residential treatment for alcohol and drug problems. We offer the intensive treatment of inpatient care without the high cost and full-time schedule. That means you can get the help you need at our London rehab without sacrificing work or family commitments.

Everyone who attends our London Dayhab will get help from a primary therapist who has extensive experience dealing with addiction. We also have group work. This is a group-based therapy that has been scientifically proven to help those struggling with addiction. These group sessions will also help attendees learn from other people who are facing the same challenges. Attending group therapy

Along with treatment for the individual, we provide family therapy that can help rebuild your social safety net and repair broken relationships. This allows your family to heal while you recover. It also improves your chances of staying addiction-free by increasing the support you receive.

Based on the successful U.S Intensive Outpatient model, our London Dayhab bridges the gap between the ever-diminishing Local Authority services and expensive residential rehab.

Our flexible programme is designed to fit around work, study and family commitments, so recovery runs alongside daily life.
