If you are struggling with addiction, or know someone that is, Dayhab could be the answer.
Dayhab is a non-residential rehab for alcohol and drug abuse. It allows you to get the treatment that fits around your work and daily life while still returning home each night.
Help Me Stop offers the most affordable intensive Dayhab treatment in the UK. Our 6-week intensive face to face drug and alcohol rehab programme costs £3,000. It is one-tenth the cost of residential treatment and is highly effective.
Our programmes are based on intensive psychotherapy and some elements of the 12-step approach. All our addiction specialist therapists are in long term recovery. Because they all have their own experience of addiction they can relate to clients on a personal and professional level.
The face to face programme is delivered in 2 phases:
We offer 2 treatment programme streams to undertake your treatment:
To find out more about our treatment options, please get in touch with one of our expert therapists who will be happy to chat about your options.
Our programme is made up of a mixture of group work and one-to-ones with an experienced addictions therapist. We also provide a family programme which includes up to two relatives or friends. It's not compulsory, but experience shows that involving family members and friends improves family dynamics and increases the chances of long-term recovery.
Help Me Stop's rehabilitation programmes will help you understand and tackle the signs of addiction as well as the root cause.
Our London Dayhab programme is the first in the UK to offer a new model of flexible, non-residential treatment for alcohol and drug problems. We offer the same level of intensive treatment as a residential rehab without being away from work and your family. Our programme also avoids the high cost and full-time schedule. That means you can get the help you need at our London rehab without sacrificing work or family commitments.
Everyone who attends our London Dayhab will get 1:1 help from a primary psychotherapist who has extensive experience dealing with addiction and has had their own personal experience of drug or alcohol problems in the past. We also provide group work. This is group-based therapy that has been proven to help those struggling with addiction. These group sessions will also help attendees learn from other people who are facing the same challenges.
Along with treatment for the individual, we provide family therapy that can help rebuild your social safety net and repair broken relationships. This allows your family to heal while you recover. It also improves your chances of staying addiction-free by increasing the support you receive.
All of the above is also available from our online treatment programme.
Based on the successful U.S Intensive Outpatient model, our London Dayhab bridges the gap between the ever-diminishing Local Authority services and expensive, restrictive residential rehab.
Our flexible programme is designed to fit around work, study and family commitments, so recovery runs alongside daily life.
We believe treatment for individuals with problematic drug and alcohol use should be affordable and available to you wherever you are, even if you are not in the UK. As such, we offer an online drug and alcohol treatment programme, online Dayhab, an 6 week intensive online drug and alcohol treatment programme that is available during the morning or in the evening. Our online Dayhab service provides the same expertise of drug and alcohol addiction treatment as our current Dayhab programme, but delivered from the comfort of your home or office.
It provides a 6-week online evening programme (Mon – Fri) starting at 18.15 and finishing at 20.30 that includes groups and 1:1 intensive psychotherapy and regular drug and alcohol testing if desired.
An online daytime programme is also available over 6 weeks (Mon – Fri) running between 09.15am and 11.30am.
