Asking for help can feel overwhelming. But it doesn’t have to be. Our Dayhab enquiries and admissions process is simple and friendly. We'll address your concerns, answer any questions and, if you decide Dayhab is the right solution, guide you through the admissions process.
Fill in our contact form, call or email us or come along to one of our free drop-in advice sessions. You can discuss our treatment, your symptoms or anything else about our programme.
We're Data Protection Registered and any information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence.
To help you decide if Dayhab is the right treatment option, we usually start with a phone conversation. If you're happy to proceed, we'll take you through our assessment. This will give us a clinical evaluation of the problem and help decide if Dayhab is the solution for you.
We will also talk to you about how the programmes works and make sure you understand the commitment you need to make, and how Dayhab could fit into your schedule.
This assessment is free and unbiased. If we think our Dayhab programme is not the best treatment for you, then we will provide you with some suggested alternatives.
If you're a friend or family member of someone with an alcohol or drug problem, you're welcome to speak to us over the phone, book an individual appointment – either on your own or with the person that is having alcohol and/or drug problems.
Help Me Stop offers the most affordable intensive Dayhab treatment in the UK. Our 6 week intensive drug and alcohol treatment programme costs just £3,000 and is one tenth the cost of residential treatment and is just as effective, if not more.
Our programme is based on intensive psychotherapy and some elements of the 12-step approach. All our addiction specialist therapists are in long term recovery, which means because they all have their own experience of addiction they can relate to clients on a personal and professional level.
The programme is delivered in 2 phases:
Phase 1 = 4 weeks Monday to Friday, 5 day attendence
Phase 2 = 2 weeks Monday to Friday, 3 day attendance (you decide which days)
We offer 2 treatment programme streams to undertake your treatment:
We believe treatment for individuals with problematic drug and alcohol use should be affordable and available to you wherever you are. As such, we now offer an online drug and alcohol tretament programme, Digital Dayhab, an 6 week intensive online programme that is available during the day or in the evening. Our online Dayhab service provides the same expertise of drug and alcohol addiction treatment as our current Dayhab programme, but delivered from the comfort of your home or office.
It provides a 6-week online evening programme (Mon – Fri) starting at 18.15 and finishing at 20.30 that includes groups and 1:1 intensive psychotherapy and regular drug and alcohol testing if desired.
An online daytime programme is also available over 6 weeks (Mon – Fri) running between 09.15am and 11.30am.
Please note: Before starting treatment, clients must complete the assessment, receive their personal programme and transfer funds for the whole programme.
